Pause with Cecilie episodes

  • Rest for tired days (Yoga Nidra meditation with music)

In this episode, you are invited into a short soft and caring Yoga Nidra meditation, specially created for those days when you feel tired, overwhelmed, or exhausted. You'll rest deeply - both in body and mind - through gentle guidance, body scanning, breath, visualization, and silence.

You don't need to do anything. Just find a comfortable lying position and let the words carry you.

This meditation is with background music, if you prefer meditations without music - the same episode is in my feed without music (see title).
