Far too often, I find myself analyzing all of the ideas and strategies and wind up getting in my own way. I'm sure you can relate to this situation and it likely causes you a lot of frustration just like it does for me.

There are times where we have to trust ourselves, trust our teams, and take the leap of faith to let the rubber meet the road.

All of the planning and preparing can never tell you everything you need to know, so just go for it.
