Paving The Way Ep. 83 - Tough Love or Gentle Guidance?

Part of leadership is having the ability to "read the room". There are going to be times when it is best to offer Tough Love and other times are going to require Gentle Guidance. Being able to know which strategy to use can be the difference between achieving the desired results or having it all blow up in your face!
