The 67-year-old faced a maximum of 29 years after being convicted of raping one woman in 2013 and sexually assaulting another in 2006. Also, the U.S. Supreme Court handed the Trump administration a victory by allowing its "Remain in Mexico" policy for U.S. asylum seekers to continue.
