How can we tell if our churches are healthy and on the right track? Attendance doesn't measure spiritual growth, and church size is rarely a barometer of how healthy a church actually is. In this episode, we talk about these six ways that help show the health of a church:

• Are people increasing their generosity?
• Percentage of people in groups
• Attitude/involvement of church staff
• People inviting their friends
• Social media engagement with your church
• Percentage of people who serve
