Israel has not claimed responsibility, but it is very likely having a psychological impact on Hezbollah. Fear and paranoia within the ranks of Hezbollah will likely affect morale and decision-making. Will Israel see this as a time to use military force on Hezbollah in Lebanon?

Mr. Sanford is a Navy veteran who served four years with the CIA. Ms. Votrobek has a degree in International Relations and has worked in security services for over seven years.

Matthew explains how important it is for USMA to keep Duty, Honor, and Country in its mission statement. Matthew stated that West Point removed Duty, Honor, and Country from its mission statement. He believes this is cultural Marxism, which will create confusion and division. He believes the enemy uses ideological subversion to weaken our military. As a member of the MacArthur Society of West Point Graduates, he is working to identify these and other problems at West Point.

ASCF Sr. Analyst Laurence Sanford interviews Colonel (Ret.) Pete McIllwain. Pete served as Chief of the CIA’s Clandestine Services during the opening days of the Afghan War, where he coordinated CIA operations with the U.S. Army Special Forces.

Pete’s 22-year career with the Agency included serving as Deputy Chief of Base in Berlin during the fall of the Berlin Wall and Chief of Base in Peshawar, Pakistan. Mr. Sanford is a former U.S. Navy officer and served four years in the CIA.
