Entrepreneurship is often portrayed on social media as an overnight success story without the mention of the struggles that come with it. However, as entrepreneurs, we are still human and we experience negative states such as depression and anxiety that are often not discussed in traditional coaching and business productivity coaching.
In this episode, I want to highlight the importance of knowing the difficulties that come with being an entrepreneur before starting the journey.
I share my personal experience with mental health struggles and illustrate it with an episode of the show Bojack Horseman titled "Stupid piece of Shit"...this should be fun!
Don't worry there's a happy end and I'll share about a few techniques that are very helpful to maintain entreprenarial peace of mind.
In this episode, you'll learn:
*Why having regular discussions with Woody Allen is key to your success as an entrepreneur
*How a talking horse can reveal more about the nature of entrepreneurs mental state than most gurus online
*What's the most effective tool against negative self-talk
Hope you'll enjoy,
Peace!
