I’ve always had two dominant sides in my personality: music and mindset. Twelve years ago I moved to the United States from Ukraine, and after some time of culture shock and attempts to fit in, I finally realized employment was never going to fulfill me. So little by little I’ve built a successful music school with a big following in an environment that was very different.
It allowed me to hone on my skills and work with different categories of clients including musicians and entrepreneurs.
At the same time, building a business and becoming more outspoken in performances, I had to learn to develop different qualities to become confident, joyful, resilient, intuitive, understanding, and invincible to doubt.
Artistic people often have a sensitive side to them, and while it is a gift, it can serve negatively as it can hinder their potential. It definitely was in my way as well. While my education started with a degree in psychology, it took years of first hand experience and research to become the magnetic personality I am today. Largely this internal freedom comes with meticulous inner work that goes deep and brings consistent life changing results. When I mastered the art of being joyful, which is severely underrated these days, the quality of life and the meaning of goals and achievements changed drastically.
Since then I also opened a coaching business, and I see my purpose in helping people overcome their fears and mindset patterns in order to reach their utmost fulfillment in life and in business. It often leads to breakthroughs that come as a change in personality traits and building confidence in pursuing a life that is aligned and purposeful.
The biggest shift happens when an individual starts to experience joy, happiness, and satisfaction from their life experience not tomorrow, not when “work is done”, or in the past, “when times were different”, but today, and now, with complete embodiment. When I reached a practical understanding of this foundational truth, It affected all aspects of life profoundly, and it led to a great amount of internal freedom of self expression which is one of my life goals and mindset skills that I teach.
In my seemingly busy life I balance and embrace being a wife, mother of two daughters, a composer, nature lover, gardener, and being a conscious player in this exciting game of life.
