My special guest today is Darren Gray founder of Fit Fun Active. Amongst many topics we discuss having a Growth Mindset Vs a Fixed Mindset. In our line of work we come across both. A growth mindset means that you believe your intelligence, talents or goal can be developed over time. A fixed mindset means that you believe intelligence is fixed—so if you're not good at something, you might believe you'll never be good at it.
