The stories that build the people before us are simply the stories most of us don’t know play a huge part in building us. So in a sense, these are the stories we don’t know that build who we are today. I think we should know these stories to help us understand ourselves and the people around us.

Gestures we do are always saying something and often times we are now saying things with gestures without even realizing what we’re saying. This eps is giving a little thought to what we do so we make sure we say what we mean every time we do something. Gestures are usually an important message we are trying to express without words because actions always speak louder than words. So make sure to pay attention to what words can’t say the way a good/bad gesture can.

I have always wondered why stories like Peter Pan are popular vs other stories that are much better, at least in my opinion, and yet this story is the one we hear about? Why? Well there are lots of reasons for sure, but I think the core of the story is a huge part of why.

This one is something that I believe we should all think on a little more because the analogies we use speak a message for us and I believe it’s important to speak the message you mean rather than the one you think it means.

This is an episode on what it is to prioritize yourself over others and how far it should go in my opinion.

This is a thought I have had and shared for quite some time that the more natural you can be (obviously keep yourself cleaned up and out together) the better off you’ll be. From eating, to wearing certain things over others to how you walk and breath. It all plays a roll in your health and how you will end up feeling at the end of your day.

I had a friend awhile back say it was weird to look at someone’s old post on social media…. Yet we all do it and I was the weird one for looking? Sure, some motives people have can be weird but all in all…. Looking at old post isn’t weird in my opinion.
