Out of all I do on my podcast, getting stories and information from people like Brandon is by far my favorite thing to do. People like Brandon you might pass in your every day life without realizing just how much there is to them. I enjoyed sitting down with Brandon to hear some of what makes him worth learning from.

You know those people that say “Oh, I’m just too kind that why I got used” they say something like this but their all in all point is that their kindness is the reason for them getting used. When in reality that is not the case.

This episode is about the role we play in our own heartbreaks. Most of us are so quick to blame the people we think are responsible for the pain we feel and the heartbreak we experienced and never take the time to really realize that it is our heart so it is our responsibility to take care of it. Not anyone else’s.

Yes, men should cry and can (obviously). This is more about when, where and if men should do it alone like most of us feel we should or in front of and with other people. This episode also touches on why we instinctively feel the need not to cry even when we want to and especially when we are around others.

Why do we wink? What are we trying to say with a wink? Some extra random thoughts added as usual, but the focus of this episode is what made it, almost as short as the subject itself, why we wink and what’s being said when we do.
