This is a Here’s A Thought Episode on compliments and how they are typically given/received and a potentially better way to give/receive them. I don’t think we really think or talk about these type of things enough, thus the episode.

This is just a rant on the fact that genetics is rarely if at all ever the deciding factor in your health/fitness results.

This is some of my mom’s story, which when I hear it…. I am amazed cause it has so many elements that make it something akin to a fairytale and a good one in my opinion.

Jackie L. Parnell is my mother and I know a fair amount of people believe they have the best mother ever, but that is only because they haven’t met my mom yet. She is like a superhero in so many ways, it’s unbelievable, and yet she is still so human. One thing I love about her is that she is pretty much always happy and positive no matter what and nothing seems to shake her world enough to keep her from being the best mother ever.

This Episode is me sharing my thought process on how we should use trust so that we don’t have as many trust issues if any as we move forward with our lives.
