As adventurous as finding trails may be, it can sometimes get very tedious. For that reason, we talk to a whole crew of enduro riders in Kenya about where we can find great trails in this beautiful country. From the capital, Nairobi and its environs, t the great Rift Valley, to the coastal region of the country, and so much more yet to be discovered. Here's an outline of the different destinations that you and your mountain bike can have a good time, along with your mates of course.

As we mentioned in the previous episode, there are many kinds of mountain bikes out there. From the simple rigid mountain bike to the huge full-suspension rock busters called downhill bikes. In this episode, we highlight the slight, and big differences between the different types and mention what kind of riding they do best.

Big big thanks to all the guys who sent in photos of their bikes, and their friends' bikes too. Y'all are rad human beings!! Yiieeooww!!!
For the longest time, to me, a bike was just a bike. And more specifically, a BMX bike. Road bikes and mountain bikes were nowhere in the picture until I became more serious with the sport. A lot of things I discovered along the way, and I still am discovering, have been such eye-openers, starting with the humble Mountain Bike.
Many would make out a mountain bike to simply be a bike for riding in the mountains, and they wouldn't be wrong. However, there's a whole other world to be discovered in regards to mountain bikes, but for today, as we start out the series on Mountain Biking 101, we just look at what it means to mention the word, Mountain Bike.
Can't wait to see what this journey unravels.

The past few months have been an absolute nightmare for cyclists in Kenya, and especially in Nairobi. Commuters have been having it even harder with a madness running round among many motorists. It's very disheartening to lose friends, family, teammates in a road accident that could have been prevented by simply taking caution. So here's to motorists on the roads, please look out for us cyclists. We are your brothers, sisters, children, and even parents. Let's share the road! And for the guys in the mountains and the forests, I think we just need to have our own Machettes in our backpacks just in case anyone tries anything funny out in the forest.
We are going to be taking a bit of a turn in the podcast, so stay keen and watch out for that, In the meantime though, enjoy the rant ;)
We had a chat with one of our very own from RDX Express Ryders, Kennedy Mwangi. Better Known as Ken. He tells us of how his journey has been since first picking up a bike and loading his backpack with avocados, to making it atop some of the most challenging podiums yet. Raw inspiration to get on a bike soon as yesterday! Enjoy
Are you looking to get your first bike? Or maybe just considering spicing up your skill arsenal and trying something new. Today we talk about a few guidelines on what to look out for when considering making that investment in a bike. Share pointers you may have for anyone looking to make a purchase and sure enough, let's get more guys on bikes out there.
Starting something new is almost always fun and exciting. But when progress needs to be made, then the hard part starts. This is a story about two brothers, Ben Asin and George Asin, on bikes and how their journey has been, so far. They share how they started cycling and give pointers on what to do and what direction to take when starting out and growing in the sport.
Do you have some hints and pointers? Maybe something you picked up along the way as you got started as well. Do share in the comments, drop a voice message and I'll be sure to put the help out there that way we can encourage more guys to hop onto their bikes and get a bike if they don't have one just yet.
