We are dynamic people and we can live life in so many different ways. We can choose to live from our heart or if things get too painful, we can shut it all down to survive. It might not be the highest form of living, but it’s an option. Pastor Candace encourages us to go higher and invites us out of survival mode to bring ourselves before the Lord, and ask Him to awaken our hearts. She helps us to recognize when we are numbing our emotions and how to move to a place of living from the heart.
