The weather defeated the first 11 minutes of original audio on this podcast, so I deleted it. 11pm on Christmas Night, walking in the rain… audio got a beating. We did what we could and powered through it.

TBH… I got 99 problems and transparency is to blame for all of them.

I think leadership DNA is a good foundation, but there are a few keys that all great leaders must attack regardless of their natural skill sets.
