I took a random break from podcasting,adulting was kicking my ass so hard! Had a couple of hard days and weeks and I decided to step back and re-energize because y'all know how hard it can get. Well,let's catch up,I'm happy to be back:)

September is #suicideprevention month&I think there's alot of unlearning to do when we are affirming ourselves. I shared my two cents on the affirmation "I am strong" we're only human,how strong is strong? We are allowed to have feelings and NOT to be strong. I hope you enjoy this episode:)
