Ever felt like someone was mad at you for no reason? Or that you felt sad when someone else got a promotion? Projection happens when you least expect it, but it can feel just as painful as the actual event happening to you. This week, we dive deep into the situations where we noticed that we were projecting or being projected onto. The scenarios can be hard to detect, and often times make more sense after it has happened, but when you do the inner work, you can learn to distinguish what is truly bothering you or the other person.
