She’s skilled in audio, video and web media as well as social media.Based in Melbourne, she is a champion of diversity and equity especially in the media sector. "We give away our power by not knowing"
In this episode we have a beautiful raw and honest conversation with Grace Zielinski - an award-winning IT Executive. She is the Founder of ‘Menopause with Grace’ an online site and community designed to empower women to take an active role in their mid-life hormonal change.
During our conversation Grace shares with us how at 45 she felt like "something wasn't quite right". She had a challenging and rewarding career as a corporate high-achiever. Not to mention family life, with kids aged five and seven, keeping her busy. Grace had lost her confidence at work. She felt indecisive, overwhelmed and tired. When she decided to take an unplanned career break, she still didn’t know she was experiencing menopause. She just knew she couldn’t work through her symptoms anymore. She left her job to focus on her health.
We're sure that many of you will resonate with Grace's story and in your own way. You can connect with Grace at Menopause with Grace, Linked In or Instagram

Welcome to this week's episode, where Lisa and Nat take you on a journey through the decades, from the roaring 20s right through to the super 60s.
There's been a common theme over our decades and that has been the unspoken words about our cycles, our physiology and our phases.
Lisa and Nat share with you their own stories and experiences across the decades and how they have learnt and grown through connecting with their bodies across their lifetime. It was an incredibly reflective experience looking back at what they didn't know back in their earlier years, their experience at pivotal times and where they both are now.
This podcast episode was based off a recent blog article they wrote, you can read the full article here.
