Welcome to the Personal Development Trailblazers Podcast! In today’s episode, we're talking about how to heal from difficult relationships, rebuild your confidence, and rediscover your self-worth.
Mita Begum is a Calgary-based Mindset & Transformational Coach, women's empowerment speaker, and founder of Glowing Beyond Consulting. After navigating her own difficult life experiences and major transitions, Mita discovered that rebuilding your life starts with rebuilding your relationship with yourself. Today, she helps women move from self-doubt to self-trust, people-pleasing to healthy boundaries, and feeling lost to confidently creating their next chapter.
With more than 16 years in the beauty industry as a professional makeup artist, Mita brings a unique perspective to personal transformation through her philosophy of “Inner Growth + Outer Glow.” She believes confidence isn't simply about how you look, it's about how you see yourself, how you show up, and how you choose to live.
Mita speaks openly about confidence, self-worth, boundaries, relationships, starting over, personal growth, and becoming the woman you were always meant to be. Her message is “You don't have to become someone new. Sometimes you just have to come back to yourself.”

Welcome to the Personal Development Trailblazers Podcast! In today’s episode, we're exploring how to stop people-pleasing, reclaim your power, and lead your life with calm confidence.
Dom is an identity and emotional healing coach based in West Sussex, UK. She helps women go from people-pleaser to queen. They’re self-aware but stuck. Saying yes when they mean no. Overthinking every conversation. Keeping the peace in their relationships and family while quietly abandoning themselves. That’s not who they are. It’s who they learned to be to stay safe.
Through 1:1 coaching, a private women’s community and self-paced courses, Dom helps women understand where these patterns began, regulate their nervous system, and step into the woman who no longer asks permission to take up space. They were never meant to serve. They were meant to lead their own lives.

Welcome to the Personal Development Trailblazers Podcast! In today’s episode, we're exploring how to get to the root of what's really holding you back so you can live your fullest life.
Leigh Gall is a coach, speaker, and podcaster who says the things most people leave unsaid. She spent twenty years in sales and marketing. From the outside, her career looked like one win after another: early success, international opportunities, awards, and promotions all the way to VP of Sales. She grew brands, developed teams, hit her sales goals, and was the one you could count on to deliver. Underneath it were patterns she had mistaken for ambition.
Today, she coaches entrepreneurs, executives, and rising leaders on authentic leadership and performance mindset, working from a simple premise: the biggest roadblocks to what you want are rarely technical. They are internal. Imposter syndrome. People pleasing. Perfectionism. Fear of being seen. Her work helps people find what has quietly been getting in the way, then turn that clarity into momentum. Her podcast shares the same messages and is called This Seems Personal.

Welcome to the Personal Development Trailblazers Podcast! In today’s episode, we're talking about how to discover your true inner voice so you can become more confident and decisive.
Ralu Atomei is a trauma-informed decision-making and nervous system capacity coach, author and speaker who works with successful, high-functional women who are brilliant at holding everything together, but exhausted by second-guessing themselves, people-pleasing and living according to rules they never consciously chose.
With a background in psychology and sociology, and training across somatic trauma-informed coaching, nervous system work, NLP, parts work and behavioural change, Ralu’s work explores what happens when personal development stops being about fixing yourself and starts being about reclaiming your own will.
She is the author of Happiness Is NOT Relatable: Healing in a World that Bonds Over Pain and the creator of frameworks including CEO Within™ and Capacity Leadership. Her work challenges some of the most deeply embedded ideas around resilience, healing, success and self-improvement - particularly the belief that being capable means we should simply become better at carrying more.
At the heart of Ralu’s work is one question: How much of the life you’re living is actually yours - and how much was built around brilliant patterns and made-up rules you learned to survive, belong and succeed?
