At salvation, you became a personal representative of the Lord Jesus Christ. “We are ambassadors for Christ as though God were making His appeal through us; we invite you on behalf of Christ, be reconciled to God” (2 Col 5:20). In private you function as a believer priest with direct access to God. In public, you function under your royal ambassadorship as a personal rep of Jesus Christ. “If I am lifted up, I will draw men to Myself” (John 12:32). Christ is a magnet. “Go therefore and proclaim the good news of Jesus Christ” (Mark 16:15).
