What do you do when a family member, friend, or coworker helps you out but then insists on holding that kindness over your head?  Reminding you hourly, daily, or weekly of how their help was needed.  When the saying "sticks and stones may break my bones but words will never hurt me" is not really true and those words and kind gestures do more harm than good.

When you realize who you want them to call (Episode 203), make sure someone will answer the phone.  We might want to avoid middle of the night phone calls but you do not want to wake up to a missed emergency.
