A poll from left-leaning news outlet CNBC, in collaboration with Change Research, is proving that there is no bottom for Joe Biden's job approval. Data in here is so bad for Biden, it's worth digging into:

56% of voters disapprove of Biden's job as President.
His average disapproval was just 36% when he took office last year.

Biden's handling of the economy is the main factor driving his plunging poll numbers:

60% disapprove of Biden's handling of the economy
72% say they disapprove of his handling of the price of everyday goods

66% disapprove of his efforts to help their wallets

56% disapprove of Biden's handling of the stock market, despite all three major indexes posting double-digit gains in 2021

On the last stat, CNBC says that voters not giving Biden credit for the market in 2021 points to a larger problem for Democrats in 2022: "The party can’t seem to convince voters that things are better than they were 12 months ago."

Biden is losing support on Covid, the one issue he polled well in.

And why wouldn't he?

He ran on "shutting down the virus" yet a year later, the U.S. recorded over 1 million new cases in a single day.

50% of voters say Biden has "gone too far" in his Covid policies

Money can't buy you love:
The survey asked voters how they felt about Biden's American Rescue Plan which passed last year and cost us $1.9 trillion:

58% of Biden voters say it 'made no difference' or made them 'worse off"

99% of Trump voters say it 'made no difference' or made them 'worse off'

The final point I'll leave you with:

The poll asked Americans what their top national issue are.

Number one on the list was the economy.

Way down at number six was Covid - the issue Biden has staked his entire presidency on.

JOE BIDEN SAYS A WHOLE LOT OF NOTHING

Joe Biden addressed the nation recently to discuss the surge of covid cases hitting the United States due to the omicron variant. His speech comes a little over a year after promising Americans that as President, he would "shut down the virus." If you didn't tune in, you're in luck... because I forced myself to watch it. Here's what you missed:

Key takeaway: This was all about damage control. Here we are, nearing the end of the second year of the Covid pandemic, entering the winter months and across the country, people still have to stand in lines for hours waiting to get a Covid test.

Let's break it down: For starters, the speech took place at 2:30 in the afternoon, while most Americans were at work or school, which is unusual [Google the term "sundowning" to understand why he did it in the afternoon]. You can break the address down into two parts: new federal actions and fear-porn.

1. New federal actions: Biden announced a few executive actions he would take to help deal with the surging Covid cases across the country.

Here are a few:
Adding 10,000 vaccination sites to the already 80,000 sites set up across the country
Setting up more testing sites across the country [needed to do this a long time ago]
Sending out 500 million at-home Covid tests to Americans [not until January]
Preparing to deploy 1,000 troops to help staff at local hospitals

2. Fear porn: Someone must have advised Biden to tone down the rhetoric. Recently he was screaming that this would be a "winter of death" for the unvaccinated.

But in his speech he said:
"If you're unvaccinated, you're at a higher risk of getting severely ill from Covid-19, getting hospitalized, and even dying."
"Your choice is not just a choice about you. It affects other people. You're putting other people at risk."
"The unvaccinated are responsible for their own choices. Those choices have been fueled by dangerous misinformation on cable tv and social media... It's wrong. It's immoral."

The only good thing that came out of Biden's speech was that he made it clear he does not believe we should shut down our economy again.

Here's the real talk: When Covid hit in March of 2020, the country wasn't prepared. We were undersupplied and had no medical treatments.

What Trump did: Through Operation Warp Speed, former President Trump mobilized American industries to rapidly build and manufacture what we needed: ventilators, masks, medical equipment, etc. He streamlined the creation of therapeutics like Regeneron and Remdesivir to help those infected. And, whether we like it or not, he streamlined the creation of three vaccines.

What has Biden done? Think about it. What has Biden created to battle Covid since taking office? Nothing. He's rested on everything Trump created. And now, a year into his presidency we see he didn't even have the sense to make sure the country had enough testing sites to manage the surge in covid cases that we knew would happen in the winter. Instead of the low-hanging measures he announced recently, he should be accelerating the development of more therapeutic options. Monoclonal antibody treatments work really well, but they're not widely available and are being rationed.

And in case you were wondering if/why you're allowed the celebrate Christmas, here's what Biden had to say:
“I know some Americans are wondering if you can safely celebrate the holidays with your family and friends. The answer is yes you can — if you and those you celebrate with are vaccinated. Particularly if you’ve gotten your booster shot.”

HOW ZUCK BOUGHT THE 2020 ELECTION

A vote-generating group funded mostly by Facebook’s Mark Zuckerberg dumped money in eight swing states in 2020, with 90% of the funding going to boost turnout in Democrat counties in the 2020 election.

Here's how the money breaks down: Zuckerberg's 'Center for Tech and Civic Life' spent $144 million to boost voter turnout in the 2020 election. Here's where it went:
$130 million went to Democratic counties
$14 million to Republican counties
Let me repeat: 90% of Zuck's funding went to boosting DEMOCRAT turnout. This money was spent primarily in Wisconsin, but also went to Georgia, Minnesota, Pennsylvania, Ohio, Florida, Nevada, Texas, and New York.

Rep. Claudia Tenney, co-chairwoman of the House Election Integrity Caucus, said: “After reviewing their IRS Form 990, which I requested months ago, we know the group gave overwhelmingly to Democrat-leaning counties to drive up voter turnout there. This provided Democrats with a clear advantage over Republicans, and now we have the evidence to show the extent of this partisan exercise."

Tenney continued: “CTCL’s one-sided distribution of private dollars directly to election agencies without any accountability completely bypassed state and local governments and undermined the fairness and integrity of our elections. It should not have happened."

It shouldn't be forgotten that Trump faced severe censorship from big tech during the 2020 election - from Zuckerberg's Facebook as well as Twitter and YouTube.

Joe Biden is the least accessible president in modern American history. Literally. The American Presidency Project tracks how often presidents interact with the press and by just about every measurable category, Biden is at the bottom.

Press interviews: Since taking office, Biden has done just 18 one on one interviews with the media.
At the same point in their presidencies:
Trump had done 89
Obama had done 141
George W. Bush had done 44
Clinton had done 53
George Bush Sr. did 46
Reagan did 46

Days without a press conference: Biden holds the record for most days (64) without holding a single press conference. No one else is even close. George W. Bush was a distant second with 33 days.

Total press conferences: Biden has only held 6 solo press conferences since taking office. For comparison, FDR still managed to hold 59 press conferences per year, even during WWII.

And considering Biden almost exclusively calls on pre-determined reporters, and he usually already has the answers prepared... Can we even call them 'press conferences'?

Biden's Press Secretary Jen Psaki was asked about Biden's shy media schedule and she said:

"I’m going to be honest, his schedule has been quite packed. But he would like to do it.
We would like to get it on the schedule."

GHISLAINE MAXWELL FOUND GUILTY. WHAT HAPPENS NEXT?

After five days of deliberation, a jury has found Ghislaine Maxwell guilty on 5 of 6 charges related to her role in recruiting and grooming underage girls for Jeffrey Epstein to sexually assault. She is convicted of:

Conspiring with others to entice an individual to travel in interstate commerce to engage in sexual activity
Conspiring with others to transport an individual under the age of seventeen in interstate commerce, with intent that the individual engage in sexual activity
Transporting an individual under the age of seventeen in interstate commerce, with the intent that the individual engage in sexual activity
Conspiring to engage in sex trafficking of individuals under the age of eighteen
Sex trafficking of an individual under the age of eighteen. [this was the most important charge and carries the steepest penalties]

Maxwell sat still as the unanimous verdict was handed down and read aloud. When it was over, she poured a cup of Fiji water and took a drink. She showed no emotion as she was hauled out of the federal court in the South District of New York.

Will she flip? Maxwell's sentencing date has not been set yet, but she could face up to 65 years in prison. Between now and then she still has the option to give up Epstein's powerful accomplices [Bill Clinton, Bill Gates, Prince Andrew?] in exchange for a lighter sentence.

Virginia Giuffre, one of the most vocal accusers of Epstein and Maxwell, said after the verdict:
"Maxwell did not act alone. Others must be held accountable. I have faith that they will be."
...Maybe. Or will Maxwell end up like Epstein before she has a chance to?

2021 was tough. But tough times make tough people. We began the year legitimately concerned about how much damage Dementia Joe and a Democrat-controlled Congress would do to our country. But thanks to a combination of your hard work and Joe Biden's own incompetence, we have the Democrats on the ropes:

Biden's approval is in the toilet
Republicans are poised to re-take the House/Senate in 2022
Parents are fighting back against Critical Race Theory in schools
We're fighting in the courts over Covid mandates

We called and e-mailed Joe Manchin so many times last year, that he's no longer on board with Biden's spending bills

But we won't rest on our laurels in 2022. We have a lot more work to do. As Captain John Paul Jones told the British when asked to surrender off the coast of England during the American Revolution... "I have not yet begun to fight!"

Preliminary data on the omicron variant of Covid is starting to roll in, and one common thread virologists are noticing: many of the people infected have a scratchy throat. Not a sore throat... A scratchy throat.

Back up: This falls in line with what Dr. Angelique Coetzee, the chair of South Africa's Medical Association, said last month: that Omicron has "mostly mild symptoms."

Ladies and gentlemen, it appears that Joe Biden's hopes of passing the 'Build Back Better' [BBB] act... are dead. Here are a few headlines from the left-wing media:

CNN: Talks between Manchin and Biden at standstill as Build Back Better likely stalled until next year
NBC: Democrats' hopes dim that Build Back Better will pass before New Year
Axios: Biden acknowledges Build Back Better bill likely won't be passed this year

And when they say "next year", the rumors are they're shooting for March. But the factors that killed the bill today are likely to still persist in March of 2022. And when you consider that by March, we'll be entering the 2022 mid-term election period, it's safe to say... This bill is dead.

What happened: A few factors ultimately killed this bill:

Joe Manchin. While Manchin was the public face of Democrat opposition, he likely spoke for several moderate Democrat Senators who, like him, are also from states where BBB isn't so popular. Joe Biden thought he could negotiate with Manchin, but ultimately the following two factors killed their negotiations:

Inflation. After five straight months of 5% inflation, capped off with 6.8% inflation in November - there's no denying we are going to have to deal with inflation for the foreseeable future. And Joe Manchin is smart enough to know that when you spend $2 trillion dollars of money you don't have, that makes inflation worse.

CBO score: The non-partisan Congressional Budget Office evaluated the BBB bill and found that it would add trillions of dollars to our national debt over the next 10 years. This rejects Joe Biden's claim that the BBB bill would add "zero" dollars to our debt.

Senator Lindsey Graham said: “I think Build Back Better is dead forever, and let me tell you why: because Joe Manchin has said he's not going to vote for a bill that will add to the deficit... Manchin has promised the people of West Virginia, ‘I will not vote for a bill that adds to the deficit that's full of gimmicks,’ so I think [it] is dead forever."

Not that it matters anymore: But Democrats had planned to sneak amnesty for 6 million illegals into this bill. Adding insult to injury, the non-partisan Senate parliamentarian ruledthat they cannot include immigration reform in a budget reconciliation bill.

What happens next? Biden and Democrats are saying they're going to shift their focus to "voting rights legislation." What they really mean is, they want to make it easier to cheat in our federal elections by forcing every state in the country to implement rules like: outlawing voter-ID, mandating mass vote-by-mail, and more.

The good news is, they need 60 votes in the Senate to pass a law like this. But there are only 50 Democrats in the Senate. So it's very unlikely, but we'll keep an eye on it.

PATHOLOGICAL LIAR

Democrat Congressman Adam Schiff was just caught red-handed doctoring text messages related to the [sham] January 6th (J6) committee. The text messages were between Trump's former Chief of Staff Mark Meadows and Congressman Jim Jordan. Schiff had the texts because the J6 committee subpoenaed Meadow's communications for January 6 and the day prior.

Remember: This is the same Adam Schiff who spent four years lying about having information that linked Trump to Russia [he didn't]. It's the same Adam Schiff who got caught lying about a transcript between Trump and the Ukrainian President in 2019 [even CNN called him out]. https://www.cnn.com/2019/09/27/politics/fact-check-adam-schiff-trumps-ukraine-call/index.html

So it comes as no surprise to find out that Schiff took the private communications between two American citizens, and edited them to help push his narrative.

Here's Schiff's edited version of Jordan's text to Meadows:

"On January 6, 2021, Vice President Mike Pence, as President of the Senate, should call out all electoral votes that he believes are unconstitutional as no electoral votes at all."

For context, remember that on the 6th, the Senate was meeting to certify [or not certify] the 2020 election results. Some Republicans were prepared to argue that there needed to be an investigation into the election results before they could be certified.

Here's how Schiff edited it: Not only did he misrepresent where the text came from, he edited what the message actually said...

The full text, which was sent to Jordan and then forwarded to Meadows, was much longer. Schiff erased most of the message and added punctuation where there was none in order to give the impression that the message came directly from Jordan.

The original text was written by former Department of Defense Inspector General Joseph Schmitz and included attachments

of legal arguments for why Mike Pence had the constitutional authority to object to certifying the 2020 electoral votes from states where there was fraud.

Schmitz's full text began: "Good luck tomorrow!" with the 4-page attachment. He then provided a three-paragraph summary of the attachment. The portion in red is the only part Schiff presented:

“On January 6, 2021, Vice President Mike Pence, as President of the Senate, should call out all the electoral votes that he believes are unconstitutional as no electoral votes at all — in accordance with guidance from founding father Alexander Hamilton and judicial precedence.

‘No legislative act,’ wrote Alexander Hamilton in Federalist No. 78, ‘contrary to the Constitution, can be valid.’ The court in Hubbard v. Lowe reinforced this truth: ‘That an unconstitutional statute is not a law at all is a proposition no longer open to discussion.’ 226 F. 135, 137 (SDNY 1915), appeal dismissed, 242 U.S. 654 (1916).

Following this rationale, an unconstitutionally appointed elector, like an unconstitutionally enacted statute, is no elector at all."

So Schiff presented an edited, out-of-context message in order to create the illusion that two Republicans were colluding to overthrow the election. When in reality, the message was a relevant legal argument for the proceedings the following day.

There's a reason Trump used to call him Shifty Schiff.
