  • Confirmed Fauci Lied
    It's Been Confirmed Fauci Lied
    https://gorightnews.com/its-been-confirmed-fauci-lied/

    CONFIRMED: FAUCI LIED

Spark notes: Dr. Fauci lied under oath. His own department confirmed it. He should go to jail.

Earlier this week, the National Institutes of Health (NIH) sent a letter to the House Oversight Committee, which was made public today, admitting that an NIH grant did fund gain-of-function research in the Wuhan Institute of Virology, despite Dr. Fauci vehemently denying it under oath on two separate occasions.

🗓 In May 2021 Fauci testified to Senators that the NIH “has not ever and does not now fund gain-of-function research in the Wuhan Institute of Virology.”

🗓 Then on July 20, 2021, Senator Rand Paul asked Fauci if he wanted to retract his statement from May, reminding him that "it is a crime to lie to Congress." Fauci defiantly replied, "I have never lied before the Congress and I do not retract that statement."

🗓 The NIH letter from earlier this week admits that the NIH funded a contract to a U.S. medical research company called EcoHealth Alliance, which then sub-contracted the research to the Wuhan Institute of Virology during 2018 - 2019, which tested “if spike proteins from naturally occurring bat coronaviruses circulating in China were capable of binding to the human ACE2 receptor in a mouse model.” In this experiment, the experimental mice "became sicker" than the control group. This is a gain of function research.

The NIH blamed EcoHealth Alliance for the oversight, saying, "EcoHealth failed to report this finding right away, as was required by the terms of the grant."

Senator Rand Paul took a much-deserved victory lap, tweeting:
“I told you so” doesn’t even begin to cover it here
    Senator Tom Cotton said:
"Fauci knew. He should be investigated and prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law."

  • Trump launching social media app. and Gives a statement on Jan 6th
Trump launching social media app. and Gives a statement on Jan 6th
    https://gorightnews.com/trump-launching-social-media-app-and-gives-a-statement-on-jan-6th/

President Donald Trump announced that he is launching his own social media app called: TRUTH social with the stated goal to "stand up to big tech" companies like Twitter and Facebook that silence voices on the right.

The details: The app will have a beta launch in November for invited guests, but the full launch will come in the first quarter of 2022. You can pre-order the app on the App Store now. And you can join the waiting list at: https://truthsocial.com

Trump said in a statement: "We live in a world where the Taliban has a huge presence on Twitter, yet your favorite American President has been silenced. This is unacceptable"

Not tweets, TRUTHS: Trump said, "I am excited to send out my first TRUTH on TRUTH Social very soon. TMTG was founded with a mission to give a voice to all. I'm excited to soon begin sharing my thoughts on TRUTH Social and to fight back against Big Tech

Thinking long-term: TRUTH social will be part of Trump's newly established Trump Media & Technology Group (TMTG). And the social media app is just the first of three stages in his business plan:

The second stage is a subscription video-on-demand platform called TMTG+ for entertainment, news, and podcasts.

The third stage is a cloud service to compete with Amazon's AWS and Google Cloud.

This is very ambitious stuff for a guy who has no background in tech. But I guess you could have said the same when he ran for President.

After President Trump announced he was creating his own social media platform called Truth, keen investors started buying shares of the company Trump was merging with to develop the app, Digital World Acquisition Corp [DWAC]. DWAC started the day around $12 per share. when this was written it's currently sitting at $68 per share.

Trump may not be in the White House. Heck, he isn't even on Twitter. But he's still managing to Americans make a buck.

    TRUMP STATEMENT ON JAN. 6

As Democrats (and a few useful idiot Republicans like Liz Cheney) continue their show-trial "investigation" of the "insurrection" that took place at the U.S. Capitol on January 6, former President Trump released a statement:

"The insurrection took place on November 3, Election Day. January 6 was the Protest!"

US Government secretly orders Google to give users search history
    https://gorightnews.com/us-government-secretly-orders-google-to-give-users-search-history/

The United States government is secretly ordering Google to provide them with user data on anyone who types in specific search terms. This new report from Forbes comes from accidentally unsealed court documents. In other words, we were never supposed to know.

The U.S. uses "keyword warrants" to obtain your data. So if you type in a specific word or phrase into Google that the government has a warrant for, then your data will be sent to them from Google.

The accidentally unsealed court documents came from a 2019 case where investigators were looking for men they believed had trafficked and sexually abused a minor. The Feds ordered Google to provide account names, IP addresses, and cookies for anyone who searched the victim's name, her mother's name, or her address.

Before the above case, only two other 'keyword warrants' were made public. Forbes describes these warrants as "effectively fishing expeditions, hoping to ensnare possible suspects whose identities the government does not know."

The example of the human trafficking case is a sympathetic one. Everyone wants to see an animal like that caught. But there are wide, scary implications for the government having access to user data like this. How often are these warrants executed? Could they have executed one after January 6th for everyone who searched "Trump won"?

  • ACU calls out American Express for CRT training Ripping America apart
ACU calls out American Express for CRT training: 'Ripping America apart'
    https://gorightnews.com/acu-calls-out-american-express-for-crt-training-ripping-america-apart/

Matt Schlapp says, 'When you do CRT training, you are playing a large role in ripping America apart'

The American Conservative Union, which organizes the Conservative Political Action Conference (CPAC), called out American Express for its critical race theory training and its hard-line stance against Republicans who contested the results of the 2020 election, warning that it would exert its sizable political influence against the company unless it reverses course.

"We write to you on behalf of millions of Americans to warn you that ACU will be hostile to your public policy goals in every federal and state legislative body through our scoring of every lawmaker in America," ACU warned American Express CEO Stephen Squeri in a letter exclusively provided to FOX Business on Wednesday. The American Conservative Union laid out three demands: that AmEx renounces "racist CRT ideologies"; that it reverses course on election issues; and that it gives "pro-America voices" equal time in front of its employees.

"When you do CRT training, you are playing a large role in ripping America apart," ACU Chairman Matt Schlapp told FOX Business in an interview. Such training "make White straight Christian male employees apologize for being White, straight, male and Christian."

"You're not allowed to discriminate based on someone's skin color, including White people," Schlapp remarked, noting federal anti-discrimination laws. "That's alive and well in too many corporate offices."

Last week, Christopher Rufo, a senior fellow at The Manhattan Institute, revealed that AmEx had subjected its employees to a training program based on CRT tenets, including intersectionality, which categorizes people as "oppressors" or "oppressed" based on racial, gender, sexual and other identities.

The training sessions encouraged employees to rank themselves to determine their levels of "privilege" and it urged White employees to avoid certain phrases and to defer to Black co-workers, essentially creating a hierarchy in the workplace. AmEx also brought in a speaker who condemned capitalism as racist and who suggested that AmEx employees should cut corners to help Black customers.

American Conservative Union Chairman reacts to poll showing Biden 'too liberal' and the president's $6 trillion budget on 'Kudlow'

Matt Schlapp sounds off on media covering for Biden on important issues
American Conservative Union Chairman reacts to poll showing Biden 'too liberal' and the president's $6 trillion budget on 'Kudlow'

In the letter, ACU ironically thanked American Express for "giving us one of the best examples of hypocrisy we have ever witnessed among woke capitalists."

"We understand that you are under immense pressure to cave to the woke dogma of a radical, socialist bloc of political operatives. But your instinct for personal survival has led you to legitimize a movement that seeks to destroy the American values that make AmEx’s success possible. Marxism is dangerous and America’s business leaders have a responsibility to denounce it," ACU urged in the letter.

"Their actions seem to portray a fundamental hatred for the country," Schlapp told FOX Business. He warned that when companies like AmEx go "woke," they are "going to earn the hatred of millions of Americans, who are going to stop buying your products."

Instead of indulging the "woke" agenda, business leaders should "go back to running their companies, go back to hiring smart people, go back to being profitable and let the American people figure out where they want to be on these issues," Schlapp urged.

ACU also argued that AmEx took stances against election integrity practices like requiring identification for voting. The ACU letter condemned AmEx for caving to "the Left's nefarious initiative to weaken the security of our elections" by "boycotting candidates for office who expressed concern over the security of our elections."

In the wake of the Jan. 6 Capitol riot, American Express announced that its political action committee would not contribute to the campaigns of members of Congress "who voted in favor of the objections to certain states' Electoral College results." Squeri, the AmEx CEO, claimed that these votes aimed "to subvert the presidential election results and disrupt the peaceful transition of power."

The ACU letter claimed that this "pledge has been construed to apply to anyone who supports voter ID, not just those who voted against certifying the 2020 presidential election." While the AmEx pledge may seem extreme, considering the fact that many Democrats voted to contest the 2016 election results, it does not necessarily translate to opposition to voter ID, a very popular policy.

That said, Squeri and AmEx also condemned the Georgia election law, although that statement did not explicitly attack a voter ID policy.

In the letter, ACU demanded that Squeri and AmEx: "(1) renounce racist CRT ideologies and all related versions that seek to disparage employees and customers on their race, religion, gender, or sexual orientation; (2) renounce your pledge to boycott the campaigns of politicians who support voter ID; (3) Make up for your wrongdoing by allowing pro-America voices to have equal time in front of employees."

  • Internal Police Docs Reveal No Good Reason For Shooting Ashli Babbitt
Internal Police Docs Reveal No Good Reason For Shooting Ashli Babbitt
    https://gorightnews.com/internal-police-docs-reveal-no-good-reason-for-shooting-ashli-babbitt/

More than 500 pages of internal D.C. Metropolitan Police documents about the fatal shooting of Ashli Babbit at the Capitol on January 6th reveal never-before-heard witness accounts that she was not holding a weapon and that she wasn't given any verbal commands before being shot.

Where the documents came from: Back in May Judicial Watch sued the DC Police for the documents through a Freedom of Information Act request.

Back up: Babbit, an Air Force veteran, was tragically killed during the Capitol riot on January 6th as she attempted to climb through a window [pictured above, right] into the House chamber. That's when Capitol Police officer Lt. Michael Byrd [pictured above, left] shot and killed her.

Here are some of the transcripts of interviews with Capitol police:

"Sergeant [redacted] observed a white, female protester was climbing through an opened area where the glass pane had been knocked out... He did not see anything in the female protester’s hands prior to the gunshot."

A summary report of an officer directly behind Byrd, said: "He did not see Ms. McEntee [Babbitt] in possession of any potential weapons... He reiterated that he did not observe that she was armed."
Another summary said: "Sergeant [redacted] did not see anything in Ms. Babbitt’s hands prior to hearing the gunshot."

This summary is key: "He did not hear any verbal commands" before Babbitt was shot.
There was a conflicting report summary from another officer that says Byrd did give verbal commands. But that same interviewee also stated that Byrd shot twice when he really shot once. So you can make your own decision on who to believe.

Tom Fitton, president of Judicial Watch, said: "These previously secret records show there was no good reason to shoot and kill Ashli Babbitt... The Biden-Garland Justice Department and the Pelosi Congress have much to answer for the over the mishandling and cover-up of this scandalous killing of an American citizen by the U.S. Capitol Police."

  • American Express engages in 'reverse discrimination' against White people, current and former employees say
American Express engages in 'reverse discrimination' against White people, current and former employees say

    https://gorightnews.com/american-express-engages-in-reverse-discrimination-against-white-people-current-and-former-employees-say/

At least one former employee left the company because it seemed American Express was only promoting Black people

Five current and former employees at American Express – speaking on condition of anonymity – told FOX Business that the credit card company singles out Black people for promotion in a practice that former employees described as reverse discrimination against White people.

The employees, none of whom were in human resources, did not present internal documents to demonstrate an official policy, but they said they witnessed a worrisome trend that raises questions about racial discrimination in promotion.

One former employee said they quit because the critical race theory training and the apparent promotion of employees due to skin color sent the message that White employees could not expect to even be considered for promotion. American Express denied this accusation in a statement.

The ex-employee said efforts to advance in the company were futile.

"I wanted to move up really bad. I did everything I was supposed to do in terms of training and extra work. I was on committees, going out of my way to be helpful, being a leader on team calls and national calls," the employee told FOX Business. "I saw the writing on the wall: There’s no way I can get promoted because of the color of my skin."

The workplace culture at American Express changed drastically in the wake of the death of George Floyd, the former employee said. First came politically charged CEO statements about various news events, then employee training sessions focused on "microaggressions" and "unconscious bias," and then the employee recalled seeing racial minorities promoted far more than White people.

"Before this happened, they would tell you how you would move up. ‘These are the steps you would take,’ et cetera. No longer did that matter because all that matters now is the color of the candidate’s skin," the former employee said. "I would see these emails showing who got promoted. I'd say nine times out of 10, it was a Black person in that role."

"You're told, ‘If you work hard enough and you do the right things, you can move up in this company.’ That's no longer the case at American Express. They're only promoting Black people," the ex-employee said.

"This is reverse discrimination against White people."

American Express categorically denied the accusation.

"American Express has a longstanding commitment to living our company values, which include fostering a diverse and inclusive culture where all colleagues feel welcome and heard and have equal opportunities to thrive regardless of their gender, race, ethnicity, age, religion, sexual orientation, and nationality," an American Express spokesperson told FOX Business. "Our diversity, equity, and inclusion programs are singularly about upholding this commitment and are not based on any specific theory, nor are they targeted to a specific group of employees.

"We have a high-achieving culture, and we are proud of our dedicated and highly engaged colleagues," the spokesperson added. "Advancement within our company is based solely on individual business and leadership performance. Any characterization of our company and culture to the contrary is just plain wrong."

Yet other current and former employees backed up the whistleblower.

"I do think that minorities are treated preferentially at American Express," a former employee of mixed-race heritage told FOX Business. This ex-employee said that the company "would not allow a director to make any hiring decisions unless there were enough Black people in the candidate pool."

The mixed-race former employee also described a situation in which his supervisor said "it would be advantageous and important for me to note that I am a minority when I apply for internal promotions."

A current employee also told FOX Business that American Express has singled out Black employees for promotion, "first and foremost." They said the trend began over the past five years under the current CEO, Steve Squeri. "I would even go as far as saying that the probability of a White male getting a senior leadership position is very rare," this current employee said.

The current employee said they had worked at American Express for many years and they "value American Express as a company. But the company that I came to work for is no longer the company that I work for."

The current employee, who is also mixed race, told FOX Business that Amex caters to Black employees, and it only spends "a fraction of time on any other group." They said this practice makes "colleagues that aren't Black feel small or unwelcome. When there's a diversity and inclusion push and it only includes one race, that's very diminishing for other races out there."

Neither of the mixed-race sources is part, Black.

A fourth American Express employee said they also got the impression that they would not be considered for promotion because they were White.

"Do I have evidence that states that I would not get promoted? No. But the feeling, the atmosphere, the culture make you feel that way," the employee told FOX Business. "In the hiring process, managers were told they could not hire people because they did not have a diverse enough candidate pool."

This employee said the top brass at Amex began with good intentions after the death of Floyd. "I think they were headed down the right path, but then I think it just went off the rails quickly."

The relentless messaging and CRT training created a negative atmosphere, this employee said.

"Every day it was something. I felt like I was being discriminated against," they said. "It's OK to address racial diversity two or three times – we need to be equal. But they brought it up every day.

"You could tell it was one-sided from the top and they were telling us that’s the way we should be thinking," the employee added.

Another former employee told FOX Business that "the vast majority" of the people they'd seen hired and promoted "have been Black." This employee noted that they did not make hiring and promotion decisions, but they confirmed that it seemed as though Amex prioritized Black applicants.

The former employee recalled a staff meeting in which the CEO went over the statistics of American Express employees by race. "We don't really have that much of a diversity issue, I thought," this person said, seeing the numbers. Squeri drew the opposite conclusion, saying, "We have to do better."

Yet the former employee argued that companies like Amex should not work to hit a racial benchmark, such as a certain percentage of employees must be Black. "At that point in time, you’re not hiring the best fit for the position, you’re hiring based on the skin color," the employee said.

The former employee who worked hard to get a promotion expressed regret about having to leave the company but said there was no choice.

"I love American Express. I really do. It’s a great brand, but they're going to destroy the brand," the former employee said.

"They have no business in the social justice ‘woke’ arena. They’re there to make money. That’s the only reason they’re in business. If they go the way of the ‘woke,’ they're going to lose a lot of business."

Walmart stands by CRT training as 'thought provoking' and 'instructive'
    https://gorightnews.com/walmart-stands-by-crt-training-as-thought-provoking-and-instructive/

A civil rights leader compared the training to blackface

Walmart has stood by a diversity training that claims that White people have "internal racist conditioning," that Americans today are inheriting a racist legacy, and that ideas such as perfectionism, worship of the written word, individualism, and objectivity are aspects of "White supremacy culture" that "promote White supremacy thinking."

A civil rights veteran and a shareholder responded to the training with alarm, condemning it as "racist propaganda" and an insult comparable to the worst blackface act.

Yet Walmart stood by the training in a statement to FOX Business.

"Walmart began offering the Racial Equity Institute (REI) training sessions in 2018 for corporate leaders to share analysis and encourage reflection on the history of race in America as well as systemic racial inequity in its institutional and structural forms," Melissa Hill, a Walmart spokeswoman, told FOX Business. "While the company does not agree with all of the views that were presented, we have found these sessions to be thought provoking and constructive."

Hill referenced Christopher Rufo, a senior fellow at The Manhattan Institute, who published the training materials and wrote about them at The City Journal.

"Contrary to the assertions in the City Journal article, the program was designed for corporate officers and salaried managers, not frontline hourly associates," she told FOX Business. She acknowledged that Rufo's materials are an accurate representation of the trainings, but she also claimed that his article misrepresented their "overall tone."

"While the City Journal quotes excerpts from individual pages of the curriculum, the selected language doesn’t reflect the overall tone of the conversations," Hill insisted. She said the training "was developed in a way that aligns with our core value of respect for the individual."

The training materials Rufo published claim that citizens of the United States take part in a legacy of racial inequity.

"If you are a citizen of the United States, part of the legacy you have inherited is the historical, systematic, and pervasive way in which white race and the benefits, privilege and power for those who came to be known as white have been constructed in this country," the materials claim.

The materials claim that in order for "oppression" to succeed, "we must collude or cooperate." White people "cooperate" by following their "internal racist conditioning," which leads them to say, "I'm not racist, I'm a good White person."

One passage lists "characteristics" of "White supremacy culture," including "perfectionism," "worship of the written word," "individualism," and "objectivity." Among the problems with "objectivity," the document lists "the idea that there is such a thing as being objective or ‘neutral,’" and "requiring people to think in a linear (logical) fashion."

Civil rights veteran Bob Woodson, founder and president of The Woodson Center, condemned the training in an interview with FOX Business.

"It is the most insulting proposition that I ever heard," Woodson said of the suggestion that objectivity is an aspect of White supremacy culture. He noted that in vaudeville shows, "Whites used to caricature Blacks by putting on blackface and acting as if they are dimwitted, slow, irresponsible, all of the things that the progressives today say are the opposite of ‘acting White.'" He said the training encouraged insulting "stereotypes of what it means to be Black."

Woodson also mused about what Walmart stores would look like if they actually implemented a policy avoiding "White supremacy culture."

"If a customer asked for a cart, the employee would say, ‘If you had been here earlier, you would have gotten one.’ Because it’s White to be efficient and bring the carts back in," he explained. "Since being punctual is also White, half the employees would show up late and there’d be long lines in the checkout."

"What would happen to sales receipts if prices were not accurately marked?" Woodson asked, noting that correct prices are "a function of perfectionism."

"I don’t know how a black person could hold their head up and sit through someone saying this about them," Woodson added. "It is the height of insulting and if people do not express outrage at this insulting, demeaning, patronizing, approach of Walmart, then there’s something sick about them."

Justin Danhof, a Walmart shareholder through the National Center for Public Policy Research, also condemned the training.

"As a Walmart shareholder, I really want to know how much money the company is spending to indoctrinate its employees with this racist propaganda," Danhof told FOX Business. "I also want to know if Walmart staffers were given an opportunity to object to this madness without fear of reprisal."

"Telling company managers - in a mandatory training - that they are guilty of ‘white supremacy thinking’ is beyond insane," Danhof added. "But that's the exact state of play with corporate America as more and more companies adopt racist and Marxist training programs."
