September 18, 2018MRI wiki reading 5You have to have some experience in cranking the handle with Fourier transforms to understand what is going on. Magnetic field gradients in time seem to be the trick in encoding spatical information on the frequency wave form so the antenna is told where the signal is coming from. September 17, 2018MRI wiki reading 4I am still in shock by the shear amount of Physics and maths in this technique, so much study still to do! How there can be such a price difference between countries, and if it is so expensive why not have it 24 hrs. Just so much to study! This is evidently just the start of exploring this topic. I am a little put off by the number of articles that do not really understand what is going on. MP4 recording MP3 recording -- -- Your browser does not support the audio element....more14minPlay

You are give the basic tour as well at the (I am soooo stupid realization) that DNA does not contrain simple ribose but look! there is a oxygen missing ie it has been Deoxyed compared to Ribose nucleaic acid ie it is Deoxyribonucealic acid. September 17, 2018Philosophy ReviewTaking a look back at a significant effort in trying to get ones head around this topic. Tackling peoples quite innocent misconceptions about science some arise in part from a retelling of convenience of the philosophical origin of ideas, and leaves out that some of the story in embedded in our culture. I look at the various stages in my approach. First the reading of the first 40 or so philosophers, then a deeper reading of the modern foundation philosophers, then looking at common themes like interpretation, methodologies and devices such as Utopian models. I concluded by wondering if the Utopian model as embodied by the United States is the final word for "rejected" or "nearly as good" cultures such as Australia.
