The full financial and reputational impact is yet to hit Optus .. although the embattled telco is digging deeper in the crisis saying it's not planning to compensate customers.
This morning Optus released it half year financial results in Singapore and even though they don't include the impact of yesterday's outage, the company is already under pressure from rising costs from inflation.
