Practice has moved to night time as Bruce Arians wants to get the players acclimated to their Thursday Night game in week two against the Carolina Panthers.

That's not the only difference that has come from the coaching staff, and there's been vast improvement from some of the second year players. The group goes into detail on how and why the likes of Ronald Jones and Vita Vea have gotten better.

Thursday night's practice was also the Women of Red, which has been the fifth year that the Bucs have ran this. After commenting on how great that has been for the NFL, the focus then shifts to what's happened with the offense, and we get a surprise visitor at the end of the show. The entire group is back together for this one and they have a big time guest to kick off the show. The guys caught up with Bucs Ring Of Honor Inductee Mike Alstott at his Mike Alstott Family Foundation Bowling night the other evening.

The A-Train discusses his time on the Super Bowl winning Bucs and the foundation they built as a team. He then the dives into the current product of football along with his experience meeting Bruce Arians. Alstott and Scott Reynolds also discuss  who should get into the Ring Of Honor after Ronde Barber.

Back on rest of the show, the group breaks down what exactly will be different in this year's training camp, along with debating the Madden ratings on some of the star players. There's also a big time announcement at the end of the show that you don't want to miss.

With Scott back, he and Mark Cook take a trip to the WDAE building for an episode with radio host Tom "TKras" Krasniqi.

TKras gives his concerns on the Bucs as well as what he is most looking forward to seeing from the team this season. He then reveals what the X-factor is for the Bucs this season.

The Bucs uniform has been a hot topic around Tampa Bay, and now with their uniform officially ranked as one of the worst, the discussion continues on if and when they will change.

Mandatory mini-camp may have wrapped up but that didn't stop Pewter Report from getting a big time guest for this show. Bucs' head coach Bruce Arians sat with us for an interview to reflect on how practice has gone from his vantage point, and his overall experience since becoming head coach of the team.

Gerald McCoy is on the move to a new team but the Bucs will get to see him twice a year. The group gets their discussion going on the outrage some fans had over the Bucs giving McCoy's old number of 93 to Ndamukong Suh, along with how he'll look playing in Carolina.

It was also the first day of mandatory mini-camp and Jameis Winston didn't look as sharp as he had. Jameis has notoriously been a better quarterback on the move as to when he has time to sit back and overthink some plays, and the group breaks that down, wondering if Bruce Arians will say that and play to what he does best.
