4. Spiritual - time alone, prayer, meditation

5. Personal - hobbies, goals, authenticity

6. Space - safety, stability, clean space

8. Work - time management, work boundaries, breaks

Formerly of Los Angeles, CA JAVEN is the classic example of a musician who has the dynamic talents of a singer/songwriter, actor, pastor, speaker, author, and TV host. JAVEN's universal appeal is the very attribute that sets the tone for his career and got him public recognition. Building his music and film careers on a foundation of integrity and faith has earned him critical praise and audience approval. He is number 12 of 13 children from Rev. James Campbell and Sylvia Campbell born and raised in Hollywood, FL. Family is very important to JAVEN, so it was hard to accept the call early on to begin a career that would take him around the world for many years sharing the stage with some of the top names in the entertainment industry, former presidents, and top celebrities.

JAVEN starred in numerous stage productions. He was a lead in the theatrical production of A Raisin in the Sun. From 2002-2003 he starred in the off-Broadway musical The Rock and the Rabbi. In 2006 he starred with Omar Sharif and Peter O'Toole in the featured film One Night with the King. From 2007 to 2011 JAVEN has had supporting roles in other feature films like Abandoned also starring Britney Murphy, The Lost Woman, The Sixth, and Preacher’s Kid a Warner Brothers film released in 2010 staring LaToya Luckett formerly of Destiny Child.

In 2013 JAVEN founded Worship in the Now Ministries Inc which later produced the NOW church that next year in 2014; he host a once a month artist showcase event called the Encounter for local artists giving them a platform to display their gifts and talents. In 2014 JAVEN along with WITN launched the Summer Slam Sport Camp, an annual sport camp for under-privilege youth offering them mentorship from former NFL, NBA, & MLB players. Summer Slam host over 200 boys and girls from the foster care system and the inner-city areas of South FL teaching them life lessons, giving them back packs filled with toiletries, school supplies, and more. He does all of this while hosting a number of in-house ministries that’s meeting the needs of so many through NOW Church. In 2014, he released his best-selling short book, “One Hundred Keys for Your Right Now” and he is currently working on a brand new book. While touring the nationally & internationally speaking and singing, he recently just completed his 13th CD entitled GRACE was released on Tyscot Records Label landed at #8 on the Gospel Billboard Charts.  JAVEN & the NOW Church recently open the NOW CENTER in Hollywood, FL a multi-purpose facility that houses special events for after school programs, local domestic issues, open mic events, fitness, and so much more.

JAVEN was recently presented with the Life Time Achievement Award from the White House & President Obama for his humanitarian efforts in the community. His new TV Show NOW Living with JAVEN launched fall 2017.  NOW Living offers information and programming that will inspire viewers to stay in the fight of life and never give up. Daily teachings and wisdom keys are offered each show that both speak to the spiritual and practical side of the viewer. JAVEN also co-host, and produces the hit music show the Gospel Worship Experience featuring the best in gospel music on TBN.

Malik S. father, comedian, actor, writer, and ex-high school teacher. Malik is the last of seven children. So he grew up around laughter. Malik believes his older siblings are funnier and more talented than him. He just had the guts to go for it. Malik was always small for his age growing up in Miami.  His first and only punch was to be funny. If that didn’t work, RUN! After graduating college with a bachelor's in English, Malik gave teaching a try. He discovered he was good at it but wasn’t passionate about it. So he stepped away to fulfill his dreams as a comedian. Writing fell in his lap when his mentor Cedric The Entertainer asked him to join the writing staff of a tv show Cedric was staring in (The Soul Man). Knowing nothing about writing Malik took the opportunity and ran with it. His humor even lead to him getting a reoccurring role on the show as Curtis. Today Malik continues to tour the world doing standup. And he continues to write and act on network tv shows. Malik is currently a writer and actor on CBS’s “The Neighborhood.”

Dr. Winston E. Thompson is a Professor and Chair of the Department of Physiology and is in his twelfth year as Director of Research in the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology at Morehouse School of Medicine in Atlanta, Georgia. He received his Bachelor of Arts degree (A.B.) in Biology from Lafayette College, Easton, Pennsylvania in 1986 and a Master of Science degree in Endocrinology from Rutgers University, New Brunswick, New Jersey in 1998. In pursuit of becoming a research scientist, he received a joint Ph.D. degree in Cell Biology and Developmental Biology from Rutgers University and the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey, Piscataway, New Jersey in 1993. Later that year, Dr. Thompson joined the faculty of the Department of Cell Biology as a Post Doctoral Fellow in the laboratory of Dr. Everett Anderson, the James Stillman Professor of Comparative Anatomy and Professor of Cell Biology, at Harvard Medical School.

Guided by his commitment to the diversification of the scientific research workforce through education, he has mentored students at all levels, from K-12 in the greater metropolitan area of Atlanta, Georgia, to undergraduate from Emory University, Georgia State University, Agnes Scott College, Morehouse College, Spelman College, Clark Atlanta University and Morris Brown College, as well as Graduate, Post Doctoral Fellows and Junior Faculty. Dr. Thompson believes that “the United States can only maintain its competitiveness and position of strength by continuing to invest in research, encouraging innovation and growing an inclusive strong, talented and innovative science and technology workforce.”

Gina A. Towns

With her experience and skillset, Gina A. Towns tries to make a difference for people wherever she goes. With roots in Gary, Indiana and it’s neighbor to the west, Chicago, IL, this die-hard fan of the gospel expresses a goal of building strong communities through various media platforms, ministry, hard work and truth telling. She is ever-expanding her depth and range. After winning an academic scholarship as Miss Black Teenage World to attend Hampton University, Gina interned at the Norfolk, VA, ABC-TV affiliate and at the major newspaper. She pledged Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Incorporated and graduated cum laude, before beginning her formal career as a public affairs representative with Patrick Media Group Chicago (Clear Channel) where she was soon promoted to Assistant Director. With responsibility for public, government, community and media relations, as well as special events, Gina neutralized industry opposition by garnering grassroots community and legislative support. 

She’s also held corporate positions such as:

Midwest Director of Government and Community Affairs for the 3M company

Director of Events at Morehouse School of Medicine

Director of the Marketing and Communications Group at 100 Black Men of America, Inc.

Gina later transitioned her skills into the full-time ministry in Chicago, leading a group that was nationally recognized for its commitment and growth while serving as a speaker, event visionary and mentor to various ministries and other leaders. After relocating to Atlanta, Gina formed an independent record label that produced a Billboard Top 30 single on the Urban Adult Contemporary Charts, distributed by Sony/EMI. Gina’s heart has long been in writing, whether prose or music and in speaking.

They have been married since July 4, 2014 and now share a blended family of 6 children among them.
