Phil’s an LA-based automotive enthusiast with both a 911 and a V10 R8 in his garage and he’s a familiar face each Friday morning at Newcomb’s Ranch for Good Vibes. He’s a familiar face too from film and television and he of course played the iconic Jackie Chiles on Seinfeld.
