Hersh, you read it right we have some big changes on the way this week that is completely explained in the episode today. I know you won't be disappointed with the collaborative (big word for combined faculties of mental brainstormability) efforts that we used to arrive at the  change referenced in the title. Before we talked about the change, we had quite a lengthy discussion about phobias (big word for unbalanced fears) that we have. Fair warning, Deacon Dustin is scared of something that almost completely took him out of commission on air!!
