This is the introduction episode of Phoenix Grounded — and I'll be upfront with you: it's fully scripted, I was nervous, and there's an awkward laugh in there that made the final cut because I decided I wasn't recording it again.
It's not perfect. But it's real. And that's kind of the whole point.
In this episode I introduce myself properly, share the philosophy behind the show, and give you a genuine sense of what Phoenix Grounded is going to feel like — every week, from here. You'll hear about the Phoenix philosophy, the Soul Suit, the life diet, and what I mean by common-unity. And why none of those things require a dictionary to understand.
This episode also touches on March's theme of Authentic Connection, and sets the scene for April — where the real weekly conversations begin.
