Thank you is a gratitude vibration, the highest vibrational frequency.
The words "thank you" also reduce stress, floods the body with endorphins, and raises your vibration, thus leading to healing and deeper connections.
Journal your relationship with "thank you" and "you're welcome" and consider sharing your discovery on one of our social media platforms, Lady Rising or Chakras for Beginners. State that you came into the group through this podcast.
Also add a gratitude practice to your daily rituals.
Here are some suggestions:
