Taking charge of your life is a LOT easier than you think

But you do have to go inward to find out what is going on in the inside of you. You must look at your thoughts, behaviors and emotions regarding the thing that you want to elevate.

In order to bring in what you are desiring you must elevate your thoughts, behaviors and emotions in order to fully BECOME that new version of yourself.

Go get your journal and let's get ready to take charge of your life.

Are you the type of person who engages so much with their environment and get off track with your desires in life?

Well I have that tendency too. I love to engage with my environment. I have a lot of energy in the morning and "doing" stuff really fills my bucket.

In today's episode I encourage you to take leadership in your own life and begin to start your day with your cup full.

If I asked you to tell me a story of your life what would you start with?

Would it be a complaint or something amazing? Most people start with a complaint.

I invite you to open up to the possibility of telling a new story to allow your life to shift.

The steps to make that happen are:

1. Be open to telling a new story

2. Get conscious of the story you are telling

3. Stop telling that negative story

4. Release the old story

5. Meditate on a new story.

Visualize that new story until you feel it in your body. And keep doing that until you feel its complete.

As we get older we find that we have some regrets. Maybe some of our family has passed on and we regret not spending enough time with them, or our babies have grown up and moved out and we regret having some more play time.

Either way living a life without regrets can be achieved but it will take some planning on your part.
