Today I talk about the Book Choice Theory by Dr. William Glasser.

I talk about the 5 Basic Needs which each of my relationships are based on. 

These are the needs:

Power

Security

Love and Belonging

Fun

Freedom. 

I first deciphered mine and then I decipher theirs. I encourage you to do the same. This changed my life forever as it related to relationships going forward.

Today I am going to introduce you to The 5 Love Languages.

I have included both the book for romance and the book Love Languages for kids. 

Your homework, if you decide to do it, is to decipher what Love Language is your highest then communicate with your loved ones.

Then take the time to decipher the other love languages of those whos' relationship you want to deepen.

Taking what others do personally is adding unnecessary suffering to your life.  Most people make decisions based on their own beliefs and experiences without thinking of others. 

If you choose to stop taking things personally and say to yourself "It's not about me, it's about them" Not only will you lessen your suffering you will allow confidence and self acceptance into your life.
