We all need more room to grow, spread your wings and show up in your life.

In today's episode I walk you through some powerful techniques to help you do just that.

Get your journal and let's go.

First allow yourself to thinking bigger is key. We must give ourselves permission to think on a larger scale without reservation.

Then I suggest clearing out the clutter from your life. Moving things on that no longer serve you well or increase your joy and happiness.

If it's a season thing then maybe find a closet, garage, or attic to put it in. Get it out of your day to day atmosphere.

Find focused time to work on the to do list and start checking things off. This will get the jobs done with focus but also clear it out of your mental attic.

Keeping too many things in our mental storage leads to overwhelm and internal chaos.

Rethink unhealthy habits. Listen to episode #341 to help you release bad habits that do not give you joy or create energy rich states.

Rid yourself of time suckers. These are tasks or activities that suck the energy and therefore life right out of you. Rid yourself of these tasks or give yourself limited time to experience them.

Make time for joy! Create a list of things that bring you joy and add them to your schedule, preferably your daily schedule.

And last but not least, make daily time for meditation. Go inward to create a new outward.

Spend time (for overachievers 10 minutes 3x a day) going inward and focusing on your heart space. Just connect to your intuition and guidance.

I grew up thinking that life was hard and we had to work hard to make life work. I had no intentions of working hard.

I wanted my life to be easy and come to me naturally. I kept that idea to myself. Everyone seemed to be fine with working hard and working in environments they hated to make a living for themselves. Not me! I wanted to love what I did for my career and when I didn't love it anymore I would move on.

I am now in love with my life. It is not at all easy, and there are challenges but overall I am happy and in love.

That is what I want for you!

I want you to learn to design your life anyway you want. I want you to be happy, healthy and in love.

Today I talk about my Life's Blueprint design. I teach this at my women's retreat and we go deep into dreaming about how our lives can be and how they are meant to me.

Managing our emotions can be a very difficult thing to conquer.

But in today's episode I give you a simple yet powerful tool to get a jump start on understanding your emotions and how you can better equip yourself to handle the difficult ones and bring on more of the pleasant ones.

Get your journal ready!

Releasing not so good feeling emotions:

Stop and go inward

Ask yourself the following questions -

1. What am I feeling?

2. Where am I feeling it?

3. What does it feel like? Describe the sensation

4. What do I want instead?

5. How do I get it? (this is the hearts wisdom)

Expanding on those great feeling emotions:

Stop and go inward

Ask yourself -

1. What am I feeling?

2. Where am I feeling it?

3. How does it feel? Describe the actual feeling

4. Ask your heart to receive this emotion

5. Ask your heart to expand on this emotion so you can feel it more often.
