My guest is Amy Boelter, who is a mother, wife, personal trainer, and nutrition coach. In 2017 and 2018 she was given the challenge of a lifetime with an Infertility Journey. She finally became a mom in May of 2020. YEP! She had a baby smack in the middle of the pandemic. During that time her drinking really picked up, she was diagnosed as borderline diabetic, had high blood pressure, major digestive issues, and PCOS. She got fed up and in January of 2022 began a journey to reclaim her health mentally and physically. Now she wants to help other mommas, busy women, and women who are active in fitness but lack nutritional understanding grasp this one area while they work on reclaiming their health. She firmly believes we are given our mess to make it our message.

  • #18 - An Angel Saved My Life with Aurora Guzbeth

This week, we hear from Aurora Guzbeth, author of the Amazon bestselling book “Make Your Time Matter”, speaker and Time Management Expert of a different kind. She is here to tell you this: "You have only enough time on Earth to accomplish that which belongs to your mission. You were born in the perfect timing with a purpose and a time frame to fulfill that purpose. Most of us, including me, have not started right away with working on fulfilling that purpose; instead, it got buried and forgotten. I want to help you find it again, dust it off and optimize your lifetime from now on, to work on what you are really called to do. You say it is too late, you cannot do it anymore? If you are here and still breathing, it is not too late. I started my journey of becoming a writer and a speaker when I was 55, scared and full of limiting beliefs. No matter where you find yourself in life, I encourage you to step unto your path, you will never regret it."
