Welcome to this English lesson on phrasal verbs. This is part one of a series of English classes where I will help you learn phrasal verbs. In English, phrasal verbs are quite common. Although you can get by without saying them, you'll really need to know them when reading and having conversations.
Because of that, I don't think the importance of knowing phrasal verbs can be stressed enough. All of the phrasal verbs that I will teach you in this lesson are quite common, and I'll help make them more memorable by showing you a picture, and by using the verb in several sentences.
In this English lesson you'll learn phrasal verbs like: to hang up, to show up, to show off, to put off, to hang out, to bring up, to catch up, to break down, to get away with, to look up, to take after, to eat out, and more!
I hope you enjoy this free English lesson about phrasal verbs you can use at work, school, and in everyday conversations! Have a great day!
