Today we will be discussing new scientific articles explaining the relationship between alterations in gut bacteria and the development of Eczema (Atopic Dermatitis). While we are aware that Eczema can be a multifactorial illness that is sometimes triggered by environmental sensitivities, the newest data is suggesting that these hyperactive immune responses are secondary at least in part due to inflammation at the gastrointestinal interface.
