Overtraining syndrome which is a real possibility at the moment with more athltetes working form hoe on flexibile hours and wanting to get out to train more. So Luke and Nick sat down to discuss the symptoms of overtraining and how to avoid it.

This stems from a bit of a rant we had about how many swimmers we all see at the pool doing entire 2-3km sets with paddles, snorkels, fins, you name it they are using them and how ineffective it is to developing faster swimming.
