Sleep is essential and basic but one of the biggest points of contention in the motherhood arena. And my take: mind your own business but also, sleep train if you want to sleep train. Don't is you don't want to. Simple. So for all my mamas out there feeling conflicted because this argument can be quite confusing, lets sit with someone who knows and can help.
