Kristi Cooper and Brent Anderson share some of the highlights from the 2013 Polestar Life Conference in San Diego, California. At the conference, they worked on bringing back the spirit to the mind/body/spirit connection in Pilates. Not only did they have amazing guests and speakers, but they were able to raise over $14,000 in an auction for the Special Olympics in the San Diego region.

At the 2013 Pilates Method Alliance Conference in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, we launched the Pilates Legacy Project. While we were there we got to see a vintage reformer made by Joseph Pilates, go on a tour of the Balanced Body™ factory, and follow the making of one reformer from production to shipping.
