IT IS HERE!

Wendigos. That's it. That's the episode. Listen as I tell you the origins, share some stories, and do really bad accents.

I'm baaaaaack.

Poltergeists, hoaxes, comedy, and ghosts writing literature through ghost writers.  Oh, and an heir being given a leg up the society ladder by a ghost.

Come along with me on a fun paranormal episode, that begins in Bristol, England.

Tell them the White Witch sent you.

Got some rye? We may need to pack a lunch for this trip to Kentucky, then Kansas. I know where we can get the Sauerkraut. It's in a cave, in a park...

By the time we get to Atchison, that spot in Kentucky will seem like a walk in the park.

Don't forget some toys. We might meet a ghost called Sallie.

Or is she?

What's the first official written use of a word like vampire? Vampir, vampyr...

Romania?

No.

Serbia. Come with me as I explore Serbia's first officially documented case, as well as their most famous vampire, who appears in a book written 17 years before Dracula. Folklore is of course, much older than written word, but we can't trace that so easily.

I then finish up with a terrifying tale from Japan.

What's spooky season without Dracula, and who is Dracula, without Bela?

NOTHING!

This week I bring you a brief biography of the legend, much of it straight from his son. He did so much more than play Dracula -- which really, was ONCE.

Unless you count the stage plays, of which there were hundreds.

I do discuss the film, as well, and I also touch on the production of the Spanish version of the film.

*Please excuse the weird S thing happening. I tried to fix it, really I did.*

Listener voted cult...that doesn't seem all that cult like, in one sense, after researching. More like nude, semi-anarchist hippies.

From Russia to Canada.

And who is the real bad guy, here? Not necessarily the "Freedomites."

It isn't what expected before researching, and goes to show, there are always at least two sides to a story.

It's Spooky Season! Time to run amok, amok, amok!

This episode is lighter, and fun, and full of superstitions, so don't forget your pennies, your salt, and to cross your fingers.

You'll also learn the best way to have a funeral in different cultures, including making skin jerky!

But first?

A wee tale about a Scottish witch, and the search for her head.

Kicking off cults, complete with a top ten countdown at the end!

This week I'll ease you into the subject of cults with one that sounds rather pleasant, and follows a man who to this day has a massive influence on every day life, including...blue prints.

I also ask for listener votes, so pay attention! We're going for "my favorite cult," here.
