It started as a joke in the first episode (if I remember right), and it's been subject of so much talk in the first 34 episodes. The much anticipated murder episode is here. Will both of your Pals survive? Grab a drink, a pipe, relax wherever you are, and enjoy some premium murder content.

Hey Pal, did the title freak you out? Did you get a lump in your throat thinking your Pals Justin and Nate might be calling it quits? You won't get rid of us that easily. This "not a real episode" episode, is a short oddity that we won't count towards our normal episode count. Your Pal Nate is down ill with the Mexican tap water blues, and Mrs. Codger and Justin got some unfortunate news about one of their beloved fur-babies. If you haven't been scared off yet, hang around and listen to your Pal Justin think back on fond memories of his loyal companion, Dobby.

Your Pal Justin got the pleasure of exposing the piping world to some newbies this week! What a thrill! Is there anything more pure in this hobby than hooking a new person into the very hobby that you know will bankrupt them with the unavoidable pipe and tobacco acquisition syndrome? Imagine all of the shows they'll attend, artisan pipes they'll buy, and McClelland blends they'll store away in their never-ending cellars full of 6 lifetimes of tobacco. Listen in as we recount their first experience into the world we all love so dearly.

Just some pals enjoying pipes, pours, pierogi, and pigskin in the pole barn. This episode was a first. We finally ventured out from the basement and decided to enjoy the fall atmosphere from the open door of Nate's garage. Just us and the critters.

We were showered with generosity from our listeners this week! Our Pals Mike and Russ both separately gave generously not only to Nate and I, but for you as well. Their gifts will make for lots of future content. You may think "Wow! You really did strike gold with all those goodies!" but the goodies aren't the gold. Seriously, the Pals we've made, the interactions we've had, and the relationships we've built are the true gold we struck.

Football, Food, and Fun. Yes, we did talk some about pipes, tobacco, and drinks. Like always, there was a healthy dose of small talk, current sports, and of course food. Make sure to have a full belly before you listen or you'll clear out the fridge from the hunger you'll develop while listening.
