In this episode I review the latest Sea of Thieves adventure which brings back a name we haven't heard since the original Tall Tales. Did Captain Briggsy's return delight or fall flat. We are also WELL into Season 8 and our first major changes and QoL updates are brought in to help with PvP balancing and queue times, I dive into these changes and what it means for the future of Season 8 and beyond.

Season 8 slammed down with a major splash! So many people we excited and have dived in to test their metal. After playing it for many hours, I still see it as the potential BEST update Sea of Thieves has done to impact the game, however, it is not without major issues. In this episode, I break down the highs and lows of Season 8 and provide ideas for Rare to update the season and the features to make it better, more exciting and fair. If Rare doesn't take quick and stay consistent at balance, this new play style will die like Arena.

Let's look at the recent Adventure 9 ending, who wins? How did the end of Adventure 9 look in the overall story of Sea of Thieves from Tall Tale 1? Season 8 is here and though I have not took to the waves yet due to work, I did look at the trailer and deep dive along with Rare staff interviews. This is lining up to be the best update in the history of Sea of Thieves.

In this episode I discuss and review Sea of Thieves Adventure 9 "Return of the Damned." Though the Trailer had me hype the actual game play fell very flat with no tracker to show community choice progress nor incentive for interesting player interaction. Also after reading the lore books, I speculate about the future of Flameheart and give you a possible redemption story on the horizon.

It's time for another community decision, will the forces of Flameheart win and bring their master back from the Sea of The Damned and banish Pandragon forever? OR Will the forces of Belle and Pandragon finally defeat the evil of the Sea of Thieves forever by banishing Captain Flameheart? The community choses. I speculate how this adventure will go based on the 2 trailers released this week. I also look ahead to Season 8 and the next adventure and the return of Captain Brigsy. This week there was some unacceptable toxicity on Sea of Thieves Twitter. I look at this and discuss the communities response.

Spoopy season is upon us and that brings a LOT of events in games including Sea of Thieves. Let's look at all the fun things that are happening this weekend and next week for Sea of Thieves. Toxicity has been an issue for a long time and unfortunately gets a lot of attention due to the nature of social media. This week I look at some of this toxicity and break down how it looks and how it impacts the community. Return of the Damned is right around the corner and I'm going to speculate what we may see. It is time for a new bad guy on the seas, but who is it going to be?

So much news coming out, this is a banger of an episode! From Halloween events, so Emporium sales to the best official Sea of Thieves Podcast episode to date and yes even my Herald of Flame review, I dive DEEP into the sea of news in the last week of Sea of Thieves. Rare opens up like never before in their podcast and talks about many things I've been demanding answers for. Herald of Flame was the best adventure to date but still had issues. Season 8 is looking to be a PVP dream and the next adventure is only 2 weeks away! It's a good time to be a pirate!

We are just days away from the Herald of Flame, Sea of Thieves next adventure and the trailer showed us some pretty epic things! Stitcher Jim has finally resurfaced and it appears he is working to bring back his old master Flameheart. What did the trailer show us about the next adventure? Though I'm excited, there is one main reservation I have with this adventure based on the history of Rare and their events.
