I'm super excited to see the impact of new Sr. Narrative Designer Richard Dinnick has on the Sea of Thieves Story. Let's look at his long history of story telling across many different medias for so many companies and IPs. That all star team just keeps getting stronger.

From the mystery to the Lost Sands adventure, it is clear Rare wants users engaging with them on all platforms by offering cosmetics to reward players for their engagement. 2 years ago Sea of Thieves came to Steam, last year we got Jack Sparrow and a Pirates Life, what will the Summer of 2022 bring? Well with the Microsoft showcase right around the corner and the extension of Season 6, I'd say Rare is preparing for an influx of players.

WAR is coming to the Seas and you must choose, Burn Golden Sands or Save Golden Sands. I look at what we know about adventure 4 and my thoughts on what it may cause in the community. I also look at the history of the Fu Manchu and why I believe Rare made a mistake using that image as a cosmetic.

After the disappointing experience of the Shrouded Deep, I was ready for some excitement. The Legend of the Veil didn't disappoint! This was the best voyage they have ever done and have now raised the bar on what future voyages should be. I go into my experience with the voyage and also discuss the upcoming community day and the recent official Sea of Thieves Podcast.

In this episode we look at the latest update including a deep dive into the newest adventure "Shrouded Deep" (Hungering Deep 2.0). This adventure tore me apart, on 1 hand there were glorious moments but also some of the worst game design and player experience I've ever seen.

In this episode I look at the new cinematic trailer and deep dive for "Legend of the Veil" the new Sea of Thieves Pirate Legend Voyage which comes out later this month. It's been a VERY long time since we've seen a revamp of the Athena reputation and Athena voyages and almost everything I see in this trailer has me excited....almost everything.

The episode starts with a BANG as the "magic rope" of Ep. 65 goes to the next level as @Ghostboy20 from Twitter pointed out the Wilds forts and graphic issues there which are worse. An annoying bug has returned to the Seas and with the recent issues with graphical laziness it is clear Rare is struggling to stay on schedule while also not skipping out on the small details. I also had the chance to play through Adventure 2 which had a great store but the over all execution of the content was SO POOR! What can we expect in the final act of this store in Adventure 3, I'll tell you and it might make some of you very mad.

The art team has always avoided my long rants and raves and though many cosmetics I'm not a fan of I can't rant at the design based on art. Today that changes, in the midst of the Sea of Thieves Servers being in the worst place they have been in a LONG time, the art team also came in with laziness with the new Forts. I will go into that and why Star Wars has come to the Sea of Thieves.
