Joe and Brian join the show to discuss if Rodgers is coming and when that may be. Is there a time limit on his arrival and if so, when does it best benefit the former four-time NFL MVP to make a decision? The hosts also ponder what happens if he never signs, and if the Steelers will attempt to “tank” in 2025.

Joe and Brian are back with a ton of opinions on Aaron Rodgers joining the Pittsburgh Steelers.

Does Aaron Rodgers have a better supporting cast in Pittsburgh? appeared first on Steel City Underground.

During an interview on the Pat McAfee show, new Pittsburgh Steelers quarterback Aaron Rodgers discussed whether 2025 would be his final season playing in the NFL. Rodgers had previously mentioned that it was either play for the Steelers this season or retire, and his comments allude to his one-year deal being his last dance as a professional football player.

But why did Rodgers choose to return? And why did he choose the Steelers? Was it due to several “revenge” games on the schedule or something more?

Does Rodgers make the Steelers a better team? If so, how far can he take them? (And can he take them further then the others who preceded him?)

Joe and Brian discuss these angles and more as they dive deeper into the enigma that is Aaron Rodgers, and how his aspirations align with the Steelers.
