Katie is a speaker and coach determined to bring a light to the world through sharing her story. She has struggled with mental health issues and suicidal ideologies only to Show Up For Herself and become the light she was meant to be.  By digging into the core of her wounds and doing the work required to help herself become more authentic and not live the dual life of despair and survival mode. She is now thriving living in her passions.

Elena is an author, speaker, and community leader with a heart to help at least one person every day. After losing her husband on Christmas Eve, she created a movement with the Christmas Widow and Broken Stronger, the title of her book. We can all learn to tap into our strengths to get out of the darkness.  Hear part of Elena's story on this episode, what she endured and how she is blossoming now in the as the Phenomenal Woman is Born. 

After surviving a horrific car accident 10 years ago, Marjorie Aunos is now thriving and telling her story of how she has used her healing experiences as learning lessons not only for herself but for her son. The love for her son has kept her alive and her love of learning has allowed her to thrive.

A self soothing technique practice for decades has helped her,  a previous psychotherapist, lose over 100 pounds by changing her relationship with food and her body image.

Catherine is world renowned photographer and artist featured in National Geographic and has been mentored by author of The Four Agreements, Miguel Ruiz.  She has shared in this episode some dark times of her past and current struggles but has used art and photography to help excavate herself from those pits of despair. From addict to artist, Catherine is a great example of how one can pivot their life 180 degrees to offer hope for themselves and others of a way onward and upward in enjoying life. 

Martha shares some stories of growing up as young woman in a Japanese household followed by being a in an abusive marriage.  She was an ultra successful makeup artist who changed her career to help others release their expectations of perfection and still maintain a level of confidence that ultimately allows a more productive and passion driven life.  You may think you are alone in your struggles but everyone has a story and as Martha states, "your story is your super power."

After the loss of a child, Craig swore an oath to his son.  His loss would not go in vain, " each person has One Shot at life, so what do you to lose?"  Craig has been on his own since he was 15 and has built several businesses, but it wasn't until he and his wife had the devastating loss of a child that turned things around and lead him on his path of where he is now and what he is doing to help others gain the life they desire.
