I stepped into an epic conversation with Johnell Lawrence, an educator, advocate and absolute powerhouse based in New York City. Johnell has been front lining during the Corona Virus with all things health, especially within the black community, and takes pride and pleasure standing up and using their voice to talk educate others on white privilege, supremacy, racism & asking those important questions of;

We delve into why this isn’t new; “What they’re saying isn’t new - the choir didn’t just turn up on Memorial Day 2020, the choir has been there - generations upon generations.”

Max has been part of my wild life journey since I was 17, and recording this Podcast was such an amazing experience to listen to him delve into his passion with such knowledge and professionalism.

And for the first official Guest Podcast, I am joined with one of my best friends, Clarissa Walsh. Both British, both outrageously well spoken (more so her than me) and both with a background of Dubai, working too hard, partying harder and burning out.

This Podcast is all about stepping into the unknown and facing the fears around it, understanding that the grass isn’t always greener, and no matter how far and wide you run - you will never outrun your emotions and what you really need to deal with.
