In this episode we have my new, inspiring, hilarious friend, Wendy Wolf. Wendy has been alcohol-free since November of 2019. Since then, she's gone back to school to pursue a degree in Drug and Alcohol Counseling, started her own plant-based brownie business, is an avid fitness enthusiast, and more. Wendy lives in Wilmington, Delaware with her husband and rescue dog Molly, while her daughter is finishing her senior year at American University. 

This woman is driven, a creator, an achiever, and someone I wish I could sit and chat with for hours. She is yet another amazing example of someone who is doing GOOD things in sobriety. Enjoy our chat!
