In episode 3, you will be challenged to define what resilience is for yourself and to think about how to prepare yourself for the unexpected so you can bounce back more effectively. This is season 4 for the Plant Your Seeds of Transformation Podcast with Coach Donna Marie. She continues the conversation about what can help you survive and thrive after traumas and crises... and, again, reminds you that perfectionism is counter-productive and even destructive to this process of trauma recovery.
How can black women leaders understand themselves better and make better choices so that they will live more happily and have more joy in all of their relationships? Getting past perfectionism is one of the keys for this. Hear perspectives of diverse leaders who understand this topic of perfectionism. See the full show notes at https://PlantYourSeeds.show
In the first episode of season 4, (via youtube only) you will hear me share about the things that you can do to survive and thrive after trauma. Now, in this second episode of season 4, you'll hear me share about how you can intentionally become more resilient to recover better and/or faster after traumas and crises have happened... and setting good boundaries plays an essential part. Specifically, I discuss setting boundaries about who you listen to regarding goal setting... not everyone gives advice that aligns with your needs as a black woman leader who has survived traumas and crises.
