Recipes: Rose Mint Bath Tea Ingredients: 1/4 cup dried rose petals 1/4 cup dried mint leaves 2-3 green tea bags or 2 tablespoons loose green tea Optional: 1/4 cup Epsom salt or sea salt Instructions: Combine the dried rose petals, mint leaves, and green tea in a bowl. If using, add the Epsom salt or sea salt to the mixture and stir to combine. Spoon the mixture into a muslin bag, teabags, or a clean, old sock, and tie it closed securely. Hang the bag under the faucet as you fill the bathtub with hot water. Allow the bag to steep in the water as the tub fills. Once the tub is filled, remove the bag and discard it. Enjoy your relaxing bath infused with the soothing scents of roses, mint, and green tea. DIY Plant-Powered Face Mask: 2 tablespoons aloe vera gel 1 teaspoon calendula-infused oil 1 teaspoon honey Mix and apply to clean skin for 15 minutes, then rinse with warm water.
